DL, Legggggy, and TTTTTT
Legggggy cashed again yesterday to move within three points of DoubleLucky for the Extreme Tilt Player of the Year award. Darn exciting stuff!
TTTTTTTTTTTTT cashed three times yesterday in the two $100 and the $200 on UB. This moves him to the number 9 spot on our leader board -- and he only started playing in mid-September! Amazing play. I suspect he's actually making a play to win the whole thing and even though he's 300 points behind, it is possible now with the extra $200 on Wednesday. Keep a close eye on him.
I actually did that last night. With about 90 to go, TTTTTTTT was essentially last when he went all-in with 3000 chips and picked up the blinds and antes when no one calls. The next hand he does it again and picks up a few more thousand chips. Two hands later, he's all-in again and no one calls. A few hands later, he's all-in again, gets called and he flips KK and now he has almost 18,000 chips.
Now, let's compare that to my play. In the Saturday $100, I had chipped up several times but mostly wasn't getting action on my big hands and was slowly getting knocked down. Now, mind you, I had only been showing AA and KK and big hands post flop. So of course when no one gives you action, you should get more aggressive. With A4 suited I raise significantly from the middle when it folds to me. It folds to the big blind who calls a 3.5 times blind bet. Flop comes with an Ace and he checks. I don't put him on an ace, so I go all-in for 95% of his stack. He insta calls with an open straight draw and he hits and I'm out. He said: "I had to make a stand." So no one calls TTTTTT three straight hands (and there where huge stacks at the table) and I get a guy who has to make a stand with J10 off.
Then last night in the hundred, I'm in the small blind with JJ. It folds around to one off the button and he raises a 300 blind to just 800. I go allin for 2250 and he calls because he's unfortunately priced in. He flips A 10 off. I hit trip jacks on the flop but he 4 flushes and I'm out. I guess that's how it runs.
Final note to TTTTTTTTTTTTTT: dude, you are a great player. Change YOUR NAME. Email UB and get them to do a change. They will do it for you once I think. Great players can't have terrible names. ;-) I liked Blue Plastic.
I did cash in the $40 8pm and I have to assume this run will end at some point in the $100+ tournaments.
In the meantime, I've cut back even more on my play and am focusing on PokerXFactor. Right now we're working on adding the card calculator so when there is a showdown, we show the odds of someone winning.
Also, I'll be deleting any hands in PXF that has the word "test" in the title. I want to clean it up before coming out of beta. I really appreciate you gusy for helping test.
Feel free to post your hands on other sites! It helps spread the word.

Mindwise, Joe here, I've seen you on PocketFives frequently, I enjoy reading your posts.
I love the new animated hand history, and used it in one of my blog posts. I play on UB as checkitdown, although the bankroll is non-existant now, and I won't be able to play much until I'm done with my schooling.
If you get a chance, check out my attempt at a poker blog at http://checkitdown.blogspot.com and see how your creation was incorporated into a small time blog. Thanks again for that hand history!
Joe
